User Profiles and Routing using profiles and routing scripts provide enhanced versatility for any configuration. Jobs are automatically routed for review or transcription based on certain rules that are easy to understand, such as department, work type, author and transcriptionist group. All profiles can be applied to an individual, group or system wide.

When required the System Manager can easily modify these rules to ensure work priorities are met.

With unique section job numbering users can be divided by group and section and because input field configuration and user id assignment is unique for each group number many different “virtual” systems can be created.

Scalable telephone access for authoring, transcription, listen-only and administration with user definable key mapping and independently configurable ports allowing support of multiple client or facility telephone interface requirements.

Import audio from digital portables and other dictation systems into Audioworxs system with features like audio conversion to multiple wave formats and demographic exchange, which allows information, associated with the original audio file to be transferred to the newly created job record. Combine this with Dataworxs Personal Companion for secure movement of audio from multiple sites and the results are a powerful audio management tool for multiple clients or systems using the Internet.

Audioworxs Player provides an easy to use transcription tool that can be displayed in your choice of three different modes. All Player functions are accessible by mouse click or keystroke. Best of all, you don’t have to be connected to the Audioworxs network to transcribe. The Player is fully web-enabled allowing complete access to Jobs from home or other remote locations.

The Audioworxs Backup Manager provides backup, restore, purging, and archival services. Backup Manager even supports backup or archiving to an off-site location via the Internet.
