Details: Audioworxs Import Manager will not function properly when the "Search Sub-directories" option is enabled. Although this feature has been removed from the latest version (3.00.006) if the setting had been previously set by an older version Import Manager may not work. If you find that audio files are not being processed by Import Manager check the registry and make sure that value HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/Dataworxs Systems/Audioworxs Import Manager/Setup/Search Subdrirectories is set to 0(zero). Other reasons audio may not be processed by Import Manager...
- Date/time of audio is later than system date on Import Manager computer.
- Import Manager's Source Folder is not correct.
- The audio being imported is encrypted (from Personal Companion's Archive folder for example).
- The audio being imported is corrupt or is an unrecognized format.
