Check the following and make sure that:

  1. You have registered the software and acquired the proper activation keys and have installed the activation keys using the License Administrator application (installed with the software).
  2. You have entered a valid FTP address (in “Setup Options->Upload Options”).
  3. You have entered a valid user name (in “Setup Options->Upload Options”).
  4. You have entered a valid password (in “Setup Options->Upload Options”).
  5. You have made “Use FTP” active (in “Setup Options->Upload Options”).
  6. You have made the FTP address active (in “Setup Options->Upload Options”).
  7. You make sure that a FTP site Administrator has created the account for you and double check the address, user name and password.
