Solution: This condition will occur if Port Viewer is closed while the application is minimized. To prevent this problem the Port Viewer should not be closed while minimized. To correct the problem once it occurs, run regedit and go to HKLM\SOFTWARE\Dataworxs Systems\Audioworxs\Viewer\Setup and delete the values named Bottom, Top, Right and Left and then rerun Port Viewer. This will return the Port Viewer window's position and size to the default. Version 1.01.002 of Port Viewer corrects this problem.
