Use of right-click menu by a transcriptionist or editor to request, complete, suspend, and return jobs in Audioworxs Player can result in the incorrect job being processed. To avoid problems users of Audioworxs Player 2.04.xxx to 2.10.003 should use the appropriate hotkey or tool bar icon to process a job.
The problem is corrected in Audioworxs Player 2.10.004. Contact Dataworxs or your dealer about upgrading.
