What information do I need to provide to get a replacement license?

To be issued a replacement license (activation) key you must minimally provide the old request key and the new request key. More specifically, provide the following information:

1)      Old Request Key

2)      If possible also provide, user's name or station identifier, customer ID assigned by Dataworxs, original certificate number used (if applicable), and date of install. This information will help Dataworxs find the appropriate license in our database. A new replacement license can only be provided if a corresponding license previously issued is marked as inactive.

3)      Application being moved/re-installed (i.e. AudioWav Player, Personal Companion, AudioWav Mic, etc.)

4)      New Request Key

E-mail replacement requests to license@dataworxs.com.

IMPORTANT: Although a replacement license is usually issued within hours (often minutes), you should allow up to 2 business days to obtain a replacement license. If you need an immediate turn around (due to being on site, for example) you should pre-arrange with Dataworxs the approximate time you need the replacement issued to ensure that you can get the replacement key when you need it.
