Under some conditions a problem in the creation of the .txt file for the VXP/TXT file option may exist in versions of Personal Companion less than 2.01.020 . One way to verify a problem .txt file is to open it in WordPad. If all the lines are squished onto one line then it is a problem file that may not be recognized properly by a VXP system.
The solution is to upgrade to Personal Companion version 2.01.020 or greater.
