When installing a Call Manager, the TelCo or telephone system provider should be asked to setup the port hunt group such that port usage is evenly distributed across all ports in the hunt group (a.k.a. round robin, circular, most-idle, and least-used).

This is particularly important when using TR1000 cards. Not doing might result in an occasional call being answered without any prompts being heard.
