When AudioWav Player displays this message when attempting to play a wave (.wav) file or DSS file the first step you should take is to confirm that the computer's sound device is enabled.
On a Windows 7 computer there must be a speaker or headset plugged in for the device to be enabled. Ensure that a speaker or headset is plugged in and then attempt to play a wave file using Media Player. Search the C:Windows folder for *.wav files if you don't have one already.
Once you are able to play and hear the audio with Media Player try AudioWav Player again.
