Licensing for third party database engines is generally based on how many clients will be accessing the database directly OR INDIRECTLY. Even though all clients are funnelled through the Job Server and will technically work with a single client license you should determine how many client stations may connect to the Job Server in determining the required client licenses. Check the license agreement provided with the database engine software for more detailed license requirements.
