To use a MySQL database with Audioworxs you must use version 1.00.019 or greater of Job Server and 1.00.013 or greater of Call Manager. Also, on workstations running Call Manager or Job Server you will need to use version 3.5x.xx of MyODBC and set the registry key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Dataworxs Systems\Database\DWORD:OpenType to 1. (Note: Access and SQL Server operate with the registry key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Dataworxs Systems\Database\OpenType set to 0.) Also set the registry key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Dataworxs Systems\Database\DWORD:Type to 3.

You may also need to increase the max_connections parameter. Read the README.RTF file found in the install_folder\Dataworxs Systems\Audioworxs\Database\MySQL folder for additional information.
