The Audioworxs license is different than all the others in that it installs itself to the Dataworxs database rather than to the local registry. If it is not working then either (1) the Dataworxs ODBC data source is not setup correctly, (2) the License Administrator is not the latest (version 1.00.003 or greater), or (3) the Activation key is being installed out of order.

If the Dataworxs data source is installed correctly and you are using the latest License Administrator you will be able to successfully "Add Default License" and be able to see the current status showing a one-user limit and a 15-day expiry date.

Note: You do not have to remove old licenses to re-install. You will be prompted to overwrite an existing license if it exists.

If installing the default license works but adding a new license via the Activation key is unsuccessful then the key was either incorrectly generated or it is being added out of sequence. If you suspect that the number may have been generated incorrectly contact your dealer or Dataworxs to have the Activation Key(s) re-generated.
