All prompts used by Call Manager are customizable. A list of used prompts is available in the Audioworxs Administrative Guide or on the Dataworxs web site. Go to www.dataworxs.com/prompts.php for a list of supported prompts. The easiest way to record new prompts is to call into the system as an administrator (option 6) and use the "adm:Preview Prompt" and "adm:Record Prompt" commands (these must be defined in the appropriate kaypad layout).
